Brides in Australia have been pushing the boundaries of wedding, fashion, style and photography for nearly a decade now.... but now we think the trend is coming near you.

One way Australian brides are expressing their personal style is by choosing a "Red Carpet" style gown instead of the traditional white A-line dress. Here is a recent great blurb about the phenomenon.

And honestly we couldn't be more excited by the trend! Let's face it some of us don't had that flawless milky skin made for white dresses... and well the rest of us would NEVER buy a white dress for any other day of our lives. Okay, except for communion.

Not to mention the possibilities for accessories, color palettes and GORGEOUS photos in a color that expresses your personal style!

So I totally stole this from Oprah this past week, but I saw this amazing make-up face setting spray and had to tell you all about it. It is Model in a Bottle, www.modelinabottle.com and retails for about $18 for 300 applications, sweet.

It is supposed to keep your make-up perfect all day, you Florida ladies know how quickly you can start to melt during the summers here so anything we can do to make sure you look fresh from the salon is awesome.

Oprah swears by it… and I’m going to try it so I’ll keep you posted. Has anyone else tried it yet?
