🍓 Peak Season, Perfect Flavor: Introducing Desserts Made with Exquisite Strawberries
There must be many strawberry enthusiasts out there, right? Strawberries are a universally loved fruit, adored by people of all ages. Especially in Korea right now, delicious strawberries are abundant everywhere as it's the peak of the strawberry season.
We hear Korean strawberries are large in size, incredibly sweet, and possess a rich, vibrant aroma, making them popular not just domestically but worldwide! (Isn't that truly remarkable? )
Knowing there's a place filled with desserts made from these exceptional Korean strawberries, we had to visit. It's none other than "The King's Buffet" at the Ambassador Hotel.

This place is literally a strawberry paradise! Just looking at it makes our hearts flutter! Isn't it absolutely stunning? Let's take a look at the various types of strawberry desserts that are capturing everyone's attention, one by one.

First to catch our eye is, of course, the tart. Fresh, vibrant strawberries are piled high on a crispy-looking tart shell filled with smooth cream. The cross-section is so beautiful it's almost a shame to eat it. Just one bite must be a delightful explosion of sweet and tart flavors.

We also spot some unique desserts. There's the 'Cup Tiramisu' featuring strawberries and crispy crumble layered on mascarpone cream, promising a delightful mix of smooth, tangy, and crunchy textures all at once.

The slice cakes next to it look incredibly tempting, too.
Last but not least, the pinnacle of strawberry desserts: the Macaron Tower. Just looking at the layers upon layers of pink macarons lifts our spirits. Inside those chewy macarons, we imagine a generous filling of tangy strawberry cream.
