Having emerged from the long tunnel of military service, BTS has returned as a full group for the first time in three years. Gwanghwamun Square in Seoul was ablaze with excitement for the “BTS Comeback Live: Arirang” concert.
Thanks to Netflix, I was able to share in this historic moment through my screen.
The seven members, who appeared even more mature on stage, set the audience’s hearts racing.
Their flawless choreography and powerful vocals, unchanged despite the long hiatus, were more than enough to earn praise that “this is the real BTS.”
In particular, the “Arirang” performance harmonized the beauty of Korean tradition with BTS’s unique modern sensibility, creating an even more moving stage.
RM’s ankle injury was unfortunate. Throughout the concert, fans cheered passionately, and the members’ warm words brought a sense of relief.
Their gratitude to the fans who had waited so long and their eagerness for future activities were conveyed sincerely.
Although the one-hour performance felt a bit short, the encore stage followed, giving fans unforgettable memories.
Thanks to the unwavering love and trust fans have shown over the past three years, we look forward to their future activities even more.
BTS announced that they will officially resume their activities starting with this concert. We’re already excited to see what new surprises BTS’s music and performances will bring!
