Haven’t we?

🌍 We’ve all been there—that moment of indecision standing in front of the recycling bins at home, right?

Hello! Isn’t the weather just lovely today? ☀ On days like this, opening the windows wide and breathing in the fresh air really lifts your spirits. But sometimes I can’t help but wonder: will this fresh air and blue sky always be a given? Environmental issues are really serious these days, aren’t they? Every time I hear talk of global warming or the climate crisis, it weighs heavily on my heart.

Perhaps that’s why so many companies these days are promoting environmental protection as a core value and striving for “sustainable development.” We consumers have also become more discerning, and there’s a clear trend toward preferring products from eco-conscious companies. It’s only natural to be drawn to “good” products that use recycled materials and strive to reduce carbon emissions. That’s also part of today’s “value-driven consumption” trend.

But let’s be honest—isn’t sorting the trash we generate every day a bit of a hassle? Washing plastic containers, peeling off labels… sometimes we’re tempted to just toss them into the regular trash can. (Is it just me? 😜)

But sometimes, when I see how people in other regions or other places sort their trash, I’m truly amazed. In some places, the sorting standards are incredibly strict. They separate transparent and colored plastics, wash and dry plastic bags thoroughly, and remove all tape from cardboard boxes before flattening them. They even sort food waste very meticulously.

Isn’t that dedication truly amazing? When I first heard about it, I thought, “Wow, that must be such a hassle.” But when I looked deeper into it, I realized that it goes beyond simply following rules—it’s filled with a sincere desire to care for the Earth. Even if it’s a bit of a hassle for me, I firmly believed that these small efforts, when combined, would help our planet suffer a little less and allow us to pass on a better environment to the next generation. 🌎

Isn’t that mindset truly beautiful and worth emulating? The attitude of “I’ll start with myself” rather than “It doesn’t matter if it’s just me”—I think that’s the true beginning of environmental protection.

Let’s not overcomplicate things!

It’s not about massive campaigns or flashy slogans—it’s about finding small actions we can take in our daily lives. Putting the coffee cup sleeve you used today in the recycling bin, bringing a reusable bag when you go to the supermarket, or choosing a “good” product made with natural ingredients instead of chemicals, even for something as simple as soap... These small changes add up to make the world a healthier place!

Tonight, when you pause for a moment in front of the recycling bin, why not take a moment to reflect on that thoughtful gesture for the Earth?

I believe that our small actions, when combined, can help the Earth shine even brighter and healthier!
